Terms and Conditions
- Check in time 1:00 PM & Check out time 11:00 AM.
- No responsibility whatsoever is accepted for any loss, theft or injury of or goods brought to The Villa for any article of value.
- Jewellery, money, passport, etc. must be deposited in the safe deposit in the cupboard of the room.
- Customer intending to vacate between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM should settle their account before 8:00 AM.
- The management reserves the right to give any resident a notice to vacate The Villa for failing to settle the bills on presenting or for behaving in a manner to cause annoyance to other residents, staff and management.
- Any resident staying away from the room overnight should give prior intimation.
- Advances must be paid on demand otherwise; management reserves the right to terminate the sales contract if any made initially.
- Lodgers are requested to use furniture and other fittings in the room/bathroom/café/outdoor with care. Failure to do so will result in charges for damaged goods.
- Management reserves the right to enter into any room for cleaning, inspection, etc.
- Gambling, prostitution and drugs are strictly prohibited in the room.
- Charges of 100% corkage will be levied on Alcohol brought from outside.
- Under no circumstances will duplicate keys be issued. Guests will have to bear the cost of replacement of the lock in case the key is lost.
- Guests are requested not to disturb the other occupants.
- No cooking will be allowed in the room, use of electric kettle or any other electric appliance apart from provided to use as per contract/deal will result into electricity charges over the bill of the lodger. This is Rs.100/day for Electric Kettle, Electric Iron and Grooming Gadgets and Rs.500/day for room heater.
- Washing clothes is strictly prohibited in the Villa, lodgers could ask for laundry service to the care takers of the Villa this will be chargeable over the bills of lodger.
- Please switch off all electric switches close all water taps before leaving the room.
- Failing to adhere any of these points management will reserves the right to serve the notice to the lodger under Clause-5 of these terms and conditions.
- Above terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
- Any dispute arising between the lodger and the management will be sorted out in the District Court of Kullu only.
Special Terms and Conditions for Lodgers with Pets:
- Pets must comply with local legislation requirements. Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by the guest at all times. Pet must be kept on a leash when in the Villa or on Villa property unless in the guest’s room.
- Guest to confirm number and breed of pets upon booking. Limitations may apply. For a comfortable stay for you and your pet, a maximum of 2 pets is allowed per room. Owners can bring pets into their room via the special entrance recommended as per the management.
- Verification that vaccinations are complete and up-to-date is required.
- Pet left unattended in the guest room when the guest leaves the Villa premises must be secured in a proper pet crate or carrier.
- Pet must comply with local legislation and insurance liability requirements.
- Pet must be on a controlled leash at all times when not inside of the guest suite.
- Pets must not be walked through the common area of the Villa.
- Pet must only be walked on the designated pet area(s) of the Villa’s grounds.
- Guest is responsible for cleaning up after the pet on Villa grounds and properly disposing of the waste in the outside dumpster or as otherwise designated.
- Pets may be left unattended in your room for a short time as long as the owner is still onsite. Guests must contact the caretakers to arrange a convenient time for servicing their room.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on Villa’s property and in the neighbourhood. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
- Guests are responsible for all property damage (including and not limited to accommodation rooms) and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. The management reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of any damages.
- We have in-room amenities including a pet house, blanket and water bowl for your pet to use during your stay. Please leave them behind for the next guest. The Villa reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of any replacement fee. Please ensure that the pet is on a flea program.
- Pet Stay terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
- A non-refundable pet fee of Rs.550/- is charged to lodgers account upon arrival if not negotiated at the time of bookings.
- Pet must weigh less than 80 pounds.
- Acceptable Pets – We welcome all well-mannered dogs. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behaviour, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease, or urination/defecation in public areas.
- No more than two (2) pets may occupy a guestroom. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his / her pet, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges.
- Pet in Room Sign – Please place the Pet in Room sign on the outside of your door whenever your pet is in your room.
- Housekeeping – For the safety and comfort of your pet, Housekeeping will enter your room only if: (a) your pet is not present, or (b) you are present and can monitor your pet (dog’s must be on a leash).
- The guest suite is subject to damage inspection at any time and upon checkout.
- Noise/Disruptive Complaints: If management receives more than 2 (two) complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for a pet.
